ESV Hamza Usman is a Board Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers
Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is an Associate Member of
the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and
held various positions including member of Education Committee, Research
and Development Committee, Land Management and Geographical Information Services Professional Association, and Committee on National Assembly Bill.

He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Bauchi Branch of the
Institution.
He is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Estate Management and
Valuation, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi.
