ESV Aminu Garba Waziri is a chartered Estate Surveyor & Valuer with about 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the public sector including academics.

He hold a PhD in Construction Management, and an MSc in Housing from University Sains Malaysia. Some of the public sector position held includes Supervisory Councillor (Education & Social Services), Secretary to Malumfashi LG Council; SLA (National Assemby); Member, Board of Directors (Nigerian Film Corporation); Director, Pyhsical Planning (FedPoly, Kaura); Executive Secretary (Katsina SEMA); Chairman Malumfashi Local Government; Lecturer and HOD Nigerian Army University, Biu; Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture, Katsina State.

He has over 20 publications to his credit, 193 Google scholar citations with +6 h-index and i10-index as at today. He is the Chief Operating Consultant of AG WAZIRI & CO; Dr Aminu Waziri is equally a Certified Senior Project  Manager by the International Association of Project Managers; Fellow of the Occupational Health and Safety Association, UK among others.
